I noticed on the sephora website that there was a new product from urban decay called loose dust pigments and i was wondering what everyone else has thought about them so far? i have tested them out on my hand at the local sephora and IMO, i think the actually shadows had more pop to them then the loose dust pigments. its like you have to pack on the color with that little applicator brush that comes with it or it is very sheer. they basically took some of the more popular shadow colors and turned them into pigments. i didnt end up buying any and i dont think i will unless i see someone use them in a really creative way.
