When you buy/swap/sell/do a CP/RAOK, the person you dealt with can click on your itrader icon (the number in parentheses) and it will show your profile. You can then click, submit feedback for hilly, and then leave feedback. Very similar to ebay.
If someone does it for you, do it for them, etc.
