I don't have this exact colour, but I have this other one [clear polish w/ sparkles] and it dried pretty quick, but immediately after my eyes were really itchy, and I'm pretty sure it was an allergic reaction to the polish. I wouldn't use it again because of this, but it's a good product, limited colour selection [at my store] and pretty cheap. I'm not sure about chip resistant either.
