If you are near a freestanding store you can ask them. I had the same concern a while ago and they looked up ingredients in a book for me. But, I had to ask about specific products. I remember there being sheep bones in one of the skincare products- maybe a whitening one.

You also may be able to ask online about a specific product. I emailed MAC about animal derived ingredients and the person said I needed to ask about a particular product.
