Hmmm, I honestly don't know what to say. I don't think there is enough of a noticable difference to say that there are pieces missing. Still, see what you can do through the insurance. I would definitely let the seller/swapper know that it was broken and possibly leave neutral feedback. I have sent and swapped my MSFs through the mail and have never had this problem. I believe that with a little extra care, this can easily be avoided. To me, it is clear that your sender did not take the extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of a very expensive item. I think you should make them aware of that.
