I prefer to use Excel. I have different worksheets for ONE Excel File, making it easier for me to find. I categorize them by name, finish (lustre, matte, etc.) I have them all in alpha order as well. I have a Palm Treo so I transfer the Excel file into my phone (the Palm) and when I go to MAC, I can easily read what I have & don't have! The MuA are amazed at how geeky one MAC addict can be!
