Another 'what this worth?' question... Judy Blue eyeshadow (and other rare stuff?)

If one was to get their hands on one of these rare eyeshadows, what would a good price be to buy it at?
Anyone have info on how many were made?
Is there a list somewhere of rare or old MAC stuff?

Some of us have compiled product lists, however, as far as I know there has never been an official list put out so the accuracy of someones lists may be questionable. For myself, I put together my list based on what I already own, have seen and from other peoples lists.

As far as what is a good price, I think that is subjective as well. Some people won't ever pay more than the original selling price for an item, some people will pay more for rare items. I have paid a lot for items some would think I was crazy for, on the other hand, others have paid a great deal for items that I find crazy. You have to find your own "threshold of pain".

Sorry there isn't a definitive answer:/

Thanks for the reply! I know what you mean about being totally objective. I collect animation cels, and there is one movie inparticular that I'd kill to get a piece of! Honesty I'd probably pay $1000's for it (if one ever was for sale) when most others go for dollars.
I do have the collecting bug though, and whenever I get into anything I turn into a bit of a fanatic

Do you have your list as a file? I'd love to see it if you wouldn't mind.

judy blue i guess 80 bucks being it was rare and made in extremely limited quantities..i saw judy blue go for 85 on ebay

I once in awhile do random searches for items like Judy Blue and I desperately tried to bid on it, but it ended before I could bid. It went for something insane like $11. I was so mad. But another Specktra-er alerted me that the winning bidder was the girl who never loses, i.e., the girl who pays hundreds of dollars for lots of MAC postcards? So I doubt I could have won the bidding war!
