Hi all

Lucky old me, I am going to SOuth Africa next month and wondered if anyone had bought any makeup while over there. I might even have a Mac makeover while I'm there but I'm not sure what the prices are like. any ideas?

I'm going to Joburg, then Mpumulanga and then on Safari, back to Joburg then off to Capetown before flying home - Yay!!!

You will *LOVE* it! South Africa is simply astonishing. It is gorgeous!

In Jo'Burg be careful though, there is a lot of bad stuff that happens there. It's kind of like walking the streets of a seedy part of town at night. You just MUST be aware of your surroundings!

One of the producers of Lord Of the Dance got shot while I was there, and we heard of people being raped and stuff. So as long as your aware of your surroundings you'll be fine.

Make sure you have rand. the currency. And you MUST see Suwetta, and Nelson Mandella Square, and stuff. You will be astonished at how beautiful it is. Suwetta, you'll be sad but it'll be OK.

I'm so envious too because we had a chance to go on a safari but something had come up while we were there. We didnt get to see it at all
