I'm ok about it cos it had hit the pan and i had a lot of use out of it and i've got a new one waiting to be used for when this ones finished but there was ALOT of use still left in it and now that it's in bits it's getting used up quicker as the brush picks up loads of product and alot of it just spills and falls.

Anyway it was my first Blot powder so i'm worried this is going to happen with all of mine now as it is such an important HG product for me now. I have to take it everywhere with me for touch ups and i don't want to worry about it breaking to bits again for no reason in my bag (which causes abit of a mess aswell) and also if it breaks really early on then would i be entitled for a an exchange? I bought the new one i've got unused right now ages ago so the reciepts run out but would i still be entitled for an exchange if it breaks very early on?

Thats happened to me a couple of times..Call the mac customer service number and tell them...they will most likely send you a new one free of charge...and you get it really really fast! I got mine in like 2 days!

Are you able to dial 1-800 numbers in the uk..I always wondered if 1-800 was like a universal kind of number.
