Velvet Moss Eyeshadow

I was just curious as to whether or not velvet moss eyeshadow has any shimmer or sparkles in it? In some pictures it looks like there isn't any, and then in others it looks like there is. Thanks!

There's no sparkle or anything in it.

velvet moss is a veluxe texture shadow, veluxes are a finely milled matte formulation which can be applied sheerly or opaqe. There is not sheen or shimmer to this formulation. For more information on eyeshadow textures, check out the FAQ forum.
