So girls and boys..what does Scanty lipstick do for you??

I love scanty. It is one of my HG l/s. I just ran to the bottom of my tube and dug out the rest and melted it down into a pot so I could use the rest. It is a really pretty pink, but not too pink. For an extra "pop" I'll use it with cranberry lipliner.

Scanty is in my top 5 favorites. I have tons of lipsticks that just sit and get worn every once in awhile, Scanty gets worn at least once a week. It's pink & pretty but not in your face, super bright, so it can be worn with in your face super bright eyes! LOVE IT!

Was this a LE lippie? I just searched the MAC website and didn't see it...

I love amplified lipsticks for my dry lips...scanty is definitely a nice one - it's like a non-grey version of Viva Glam II Nice for neutral day looks but can have a tendency to look a bit chalky on it's own ..that can be sorted by adding a touch of brighter pink on top (e.g impassioned)..gorgeous!

I'm pretty sure it was discontinued. =]

I just wore my Scanty lipstick for the first time yesterday and was surprised it was such a buildable colour =) It went on very sherry to give a natural look and in the evening I used a heavier had to apply for a more bold look. Really beautiful lipstick!!

I was looking at the N collection swatches and was wondering if anyone knew if the 2N or 3N lipstick was similar to Scanty..can anyone verify?? Thanks!!!

I haven't received mine yet (ordered online) but honestly I don't think that either of those is very close to scanty. Scanty is by far my fave and I have been looking for a dupe everywhere. When I saw the N collection in the store I can say that none of them really reminded me of my beloved Scanty.

id love an update once you get your lipstick- I think it was the 3N lipstick
