HELP...how can I open Korres body milk???

hi...I have a big problem. tonight I want to try/use Korres body milk(vanilla Cinnamon) and I can't open it. What should I do. How can I open it. I hadnt the body milk before so I must post this. please help me. Maybe you can tell me

Usually with pumps you can twist it (usually there's an arrow on the top showing which direction to twist in) so that you can unlock the pump (or lock it if you want to travel with it). Try twisting the nozel to the left or right. HTH

no, and I tried it before. There is a pump and in the middle you can read open, but I don't know how I can open. But thanks ruby soho

Can you ask at the shop where you bought the product?

Perhaps the sales staff can help you? Sorry I can't, haven't tried this product yet.

I bought a product before with that same pump, and after trying to open it, and swearing lots, for about an hour, I went back to the store, and the pump was defective!! So, they replaced the product for me!
