Caveat: I am not a professional makeup artist so please pardon the occasional lapses and inconsistencies.

About me: I am a mom, wife, and attorney (in a different jurisdiction), working temporarily as a paralegal before I take the bar exam. I absolutely love cosmetics and colors even though I move in a very conservative office setting. I love to write and I love makeup, and to merge those two passions together in my blog is the most thrilling thing.

The swatches you have are amazing

. My skintone is about a shade darker than yours and I find your swatches really useful. I'll link you up my own make-up blog so i can have a reference when I'm buying next.

i love your site because its so easy to navigate through and clear. the photos of you and the product swatches are so on point and its helped me decide what colors would look best on me even though i am darker than you. nice site!
i have bookmarked the site and have ordered from some of the companys you mentioned that sell mineral makeup.
