My favorite blog...Tia Williams' (beauty editor) "Shake Your Beauty"

What's up ladies? Some of ya'll may know who Tia Williams' is but for some of you who don't she's worked as a beauty editor for a few magazines and she cowrote Iman's book "Beauty of Color." She was in an Olay commercial hawking one of their products and MAC did a bridal look (which I love...it's totally wearable) on her a few a few months ago. I sound like her publicist don't I?

Well anyway I suggest that ya'll check out her beauty/fashion/whatever she wants to post blog. She makes a lot of good recommendations for us darker skinned chicks. Just browse through some of entries and you'll find a lot of gems. Just a heads up!

Tiawilliam's blog is great. She is a great writer also. Her novels were excellent.

Thanks L281173! I love reading beauty blogs. I really wanted this to stay in the "BOC" section...I'm not affiliated with her in any way. Just thought it would be a good reference. Whatever. What part of Jamaica are you from? I used to live in Springfield Gardens.

I used to live not too far from Rochdale Village...I went to P.S 30 and 72 (for a year). I still come around the way whenever I get a chance to visit.

OMG...I totally forgot she was on the MAC Bridal section two years ago!!! I wish I wrote down the specific info! I love Tia, she is one of my beauty writer mentors!!
