Unhappy I am so freaking bummed! *SpecKtra related*
My work blocked Specktra! I cannot access the website while I am bored at work! The IT department must have figured out Specktra was a forum site, so up went the block.

I am sad. I will have to wait till I get home or check it on the weekends, which means that I probably won't be on the boards much at all. I am too busy when I get home to really surf around the Net. Stupid job ruining my fun! :shedevil:

Ah, this is so so so annoying.

nope. Although Philly is going to be a wireless city soon, so maybe one of these days I will get a laptop to take advantage of living in a city with Wifi.

My work does the same thing.
So far they have blocked Myspace, Facebook and Livejournal.
Luckily I have still have Specktra to keep me entertained at work, but once it gets enough hits, they'll block it as well.

Just cuz it's work, doesn't mean there is work to be done every day and every minute.

At least not in my job. My work comes in waves as sales are closed. So especially after deadline for that day has passed and a lot of the sales people are gone for the day, or out on meetings, things can be pretty slow. Not like I'm dong any projects that would be time intensive and provide 8 hours of work every day, for weeks at a time.

So yeh... I browse, post, do my nails... whatever.

I think it would be one thing to not get my stuff done. But I'm always done with everthing I'm asked to do before i piddle on the web.

I do the same.

My workload is hit or miss. Some days I can look around for a few minutes at the end of my lunch.... other days, 1/2 my day is spent
