There was a hair in my Calzone! Lunch is ruined!

Blah!!!
I got a Southwestern Calzone from me-n-Ed's and there was a great long hair in it!!! I called to complain and the chick said there was no manager there right now. You better bet I am calling those suckers back later!

YUCK it was probably her hair!!!

Just needed to complain.

I was so excited about the Calzone that I was going to start a thread about What do you like in your Calzone but now just thinking about it makes me want to barf.

when i was a girl & eating lunch at a buffet steakhouse w/ my family i had a salad. on the side of my salad plate i had a slice of melon. near the end of eating the salad i saw a large seed.....or i thought it was a seed until i noticed it had legs. it was a cockroach.

Ok a cockroach is way worse than a hair!!

I finally talked to a manger. They are giving me a refund to my debit card as soon as I can get my butt over there. They also have a GC for me. Great more hair! LOL

Nasty.... that reminds me of that hairy/feathery chicken leg I got one day in my government-issue public school lunch back in middle school....

Oh. My. God. That has happened to me before, at a Del Taco. I never ate there again, which is no big deal since I didn't like the food anyway. XD

Still, there's also a local pastrami place, and every time I've been taken there, there has been long hairs in the food! Eew! Now, I refuse to get anything from there. I'd rather just not eat, honestly.

P.S. orodwen, you poor thing! That must have been scary, not to mention sickening! Did they do anything to make it up to you?

P.P.S. Would this steakhouse happen to have been a Sizzler? I've seen more than one Sizzler get shut down by a health inspector because of roaches.

It could have been worse - I had a meat calzone at Pasta Mia II of 1055 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta and within an hour went down with rapid onset staphylococcus aureus food poisoning (headache, sweating, nausea, abdominal pain and vomiting)

Don't think I'll go there again somehow.
