Fun Smilies???

Just wondering where everyone is finding the fun little smilies they put in their threads? I know id the old forums we used to have them right there so we could click on them. I checked the properties on one smiley just to see if the person got it from a smiley website, but the properties said it was a specktra smiley! How come I can't find them??? Does anyone know why I can't see them? The only smilies I can see are the "icons" that you select the box and it shows up in the title.
