I am getting automatically logged off the site when trying to send a reply to a thread.

This is what happens. I try to respond to a comment and I type up my answer and then hit the submit button. I am automatically logged out. This doesn't happen on certain tread like FOTD. It's weird.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Also, on Firefox browser, I can not see any avators or reply button. I can only use Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please help.

I have scanned my computer and there are no viruses noted. Help.

Lastly, I was wondering what are the roles of moderators and advisors. I see those tags on certain people, but I don't know what that means or what roles they have in adding the site and/or fellow posters. Is there a thread that explains this? For example, could I PM an advisor for tech support questions?

As for the technical problems you're having...I am leaning towards thinking that is some issues on your side of things. Do you have your cookies on? If you block cookies, I think it may be logging you out of Specktra because the site can't "remember" that you are logged on. I'll show this message to Janice, maybe she has some advice.

Basically, we help to keep the site running smoothly, and help out users with questions about the forum, and keep the different forums organized.

I don't think there's been anything added about Advisors yet to the FAQ, but they are like forum helpers that help out us moderators and also the administration to do our jobs better and more efficiently. They are also users who contribute heavily and in a helpful way.
