I am starting to think I have too many brushes??

Oh heck can that ever happen?

When it takes forever to clean them and lay them out,.. LOL well you start to think maybe,.. I usually do a deep cleaning with baby shampoo in batches,.. but I decided they all needed a good wash.

Though I must say there are a few here that are kinda like "Beginner" brushes and I don't use too much anymore,..Maybe someday I will be able to pass those along,..

Just thought all you makeup addicts out there like me might appreciate it.

Well at Michaels Craft store I bought a glass jar,.. it was a floating candle holder,.. so its extra wide,.. and I stand them all upright in it except the Kabukis. Normally I use the following per day,...

1 kabuki for my MMU (182 Catherine D one)
1 powder brush
1 Kabuki or 187 for my MSF/Cheek shimmer
1 blush brush
1 brush for my paint or blending out my SS/FL bases
3 for my shadow
1 for my liner
1 for my brows

So maybe 10 each day,..on a weekday,.. LOL when I get all fancy on the weekends,..its probably much more,..But when I use them I set them out of the container and wash them with diluted MAC brush cleaner before I put them back,.. give them a baby shampoo bath once a month. I think I just like having a good variety,..

And here's the sad thing,.. I have though again about ordering a few from crownbrushes lately,..Wish someone would post actual pics of those,.. I'd like to see how fluffy/big some of the powder brushes are. There are about 4 brushes there that I rarely touch. Got bigger, softer, and better powder brushes,.. so the powder brushes at the far left next to the foundation brush with the silver handles are pretty much phased out and the foundation brush is also. Loving my MMU foundation

I have like 4 sizes of angled liners,.. and 3 sizes of flat edged liner brushes,...Thankfully the ones with the long clear handles with the colored bottoms,.. those were pretty cheap,.. art store brushes for liner,.. they work like a dream. I have slowly but surely collected quite a few MAC brushes and love them all. And I must say I do have to thank my CCO for at least 4 of them.
