Since I got my Philosophy Kiss me gloss I have had to smoosh the tube around in my hands to get it to warm up so I can use it.
I don't know where they shipped this from but it was almost frozen when I got it!
Anyways, that is how it comes out even after warming it up!

& for good measure my little sweeite

Since it's been a bit cold and since she got her hair cut Sassy wants to be covered every night before bed! LOL
She such a high maintenance pooch!
Okay she's not a puppy but she's small like one.

She is going to 2 soon! She was born on V-day. My little girl is all grown up!

awww....I'm sorry.

Oddly you know the gloss is very refreshing. It already has this peppermint smell to it so the extra coldness gives it an extra boost!

hey that's weird, my philosophy kiss me gloss is sort of "stiff" (i can't think of the right adjective but you know what i mean) like that too - it won't warm up, especially if i don't use it for a while! i wonder what's going on with them? i have the red one too (which i don't like as much) and it doesn't really do this.

and your puppy is adorable!

Whew! I thought it was just my gloss flipping out! When I arrived it was so cold and it felt like it had been in a fridge. It's crazy. I have to warm it up by smooshing it around and even then it comes out stiff.
The ones I tested at Sephora a few months ago came out nice. I wonder what is up with them?

yeah i wonder what's up w/ them too - i used mine earlier tonight and it was work trying to get the stuff out of the tube! so bizarre...and annoying. maybe you are right and they somehow got frozen during shipping and that ruined the texture or something. it's too bad b/c the pink lip balm is actually nice...once you get it out! grrr....

Maybe it's the weather wot made it so wonky during shipping.

I have the pink balm (it's in a different kind of tube, though), and it's kinda like that now, because it's cold. But, when it gets warmer, the texture goes back to normal. I've had my tube for like a year and a half now. Much more "emollient" in spring/summer/fall than it is in winter.
