Self photography results in generally bad pictures. [pic heavy]
but, when there's no one around to shoot you, what can you do?
Lessons learned today:
Use the P setting instead of auto to take pics.
Don't fall.
Use chalk.
Don't put body lotion on at any time in the day prior to climbing. It doesn't help. At all.
Use lots of deodorant.
Wait impatiently for the FedEx man to show up with shoes.

Looking great as usual. I can't even imagine how much upper strength that takes!:notworthy:

It's as tiring as I guess one makes it? You can do a series of easy routes over and over again and use it as cardio (sometimes I do that...), or you can do routes of increasing difficulty and train to the next level to build strength. I do that most of the time.

It's actually more intensive on the hands than the upper body...grip strength is the most important. Well. Grip and core.

lol thanks...I won't be able to climb next year for awhile, so I'll work on my lower body strength, I suppose.

I KNOW ME TOO!!!! I've only told husband like three times.
That secret is Benefit That Gal!, Shooting Star MSF, and tinted moisturizer. Nothing heavy, but a nice little 'glow'!

Re: Self photography results in generally bad pictures. [pic heavy]
It's loads of fun, if you don't mind your hands and nails being torn to death, your knees being banged up, and having dry spots from chalk. I'm probably known as a glutton for punishment.
Thank you
