That is the first limited-edition product that MAC did with Luella. It is Sticky Wicket All-Over Gloss. It is a transparent red with a green/gold duo-chrome to it. Good for lips, cheek bones and brow bone. Not the most practical of products, but good fun for certain events/looks.

That is the #174 brush. It is available at Pro locations. I have used it for body work. Contouring, etc. It isn't one you use a lot, or at least I don't, and IIRC it was kinda pricey, so.....it's one brush you would have to weigh the cost against the possible usage. Hope that helps!
