Clear Sky Blue Paintstick

Can someone tell me if the above p/s can be used on lips (i know, i know the precautions of CSB say not lipsafe - but lets face it they say 'not eyesafe' about glitter but where do alot of people use it? ).
I have bought one and would like it as a lipstick but i dont really want to poison myself in the process if it can be avoided...

Edit: I also use creme stick liner in caramellow on my waterlines - am i just asking for trouble?
