Cosmetic Class Action Lawsuit = Free makeup???

Has anyone heard about this??? Apparently some of our favorite cosmetic brands have been involved in price fixing which is I guess illegal. Now this class action lawsuit is offering $25 worth of makeup as part of the settlement. I'm not sure about the legitimacy of this class action, but the nitty gritty details can be found here:

I got something about this in the mail about 4 or 5 years ago, I havent heard anything about it since.
