Question on Naked and Fairylight
Hi everyone...

I read the precautions list, however, I have 2 pigment samples with only a batch number.

Does anyone know if Fairylight batch A64 and Naked batch A45 are from the eye safe batches?

thanks...Nancy

Maybe contact Customer Service through the website? - though my Naked has a similar "5" ending batch code and I use it on my eyes all the time, no problem.
Don't know about the Fairylite though... the last number in the batch code is the year it was made.

Only pigments with batch numbers are deemed unsafe for eye or lip use. So if you have a batch number on it then its not safe.

but i might be wrong since those are samples so im not completely shure

I'm not sure where you got your information about batch numbers meaning that a pigment is unsafe for eye or lip use, but it's incorrect information.

I just checked all my original pigment jars and they ALL have batch numbers on them.

The batch number represents the the manufacturing date...it has nothing to do with determining that a product is unsuitable for eye/lip use.

Batch numbers help identify certain batches that aren't eye/lip safe, but that's the extent of it.

Fairy light - batches prior to 2005 are for body use only. Not lip or eye safe.
Naked - batches prior to 2005 are for body use only. Again not lip or eye safe.

So your naked is eyesafe, your fairylight isnt.
