yes, the 2005 batches are eye-safe, the are the first set of batches that are, as is indicated by the precautions list.

This was the first pigment I bought. I need not buy any other since I am obsessed over blue liner. (oops, better check to see if I can use this as a liner now.) :P

i bought it about a year ago and i have always used it on my eyes with no problems. woops! when you buy samples on ebay some of the sellers dont tell you if theyre eye safe or not! which they should! i always assumed that all pigments were just loose eyeshadows until i got really into mac and learned about piggies and stuff!!! but anywho, i've nver had problems with teal!
