Teal pigment as a liner??
I know it is not supposed to be eye safe but I would love to use it as a liner today on my lid.
Have any of you used teal pigment on your eyes before? I think it sucks that they make such a pretty piggie and you can't use it on your eyes

I know! Cornflower is like that too, not eyesafe, but they are the prettiest of colors and when i bought them they didn't tell it was not eye safe...
When the ma's tell you its eye safe they are setting mac up for a lawsuit even if the instructions say its not eyesafe.
Don't risk it! Use a teal eyeshadow with mixing medium instead!

wahhh, I was hoping you would tell me it was ok LOL. I was going to use Crystal Avalanche, Hypnotic, Carbon and teal piggie as liner. That just messed up my day! I guess I will go with pinks then *pout*

I heard that the teal pigment is eyesafe with a new batch number. I'm sure martygreen has an answer to that.

yes, if you check the precautions list some newer batches are eye-safe. Do you know the batch number of the teal pigment you have?

ahhh, now you got me all excited. It's the pigment that came in the mini set that was released for Christmas.

ah, the teal in the mini set sadly is not one of the eye-safe formulations.

What batch number are the eye safe ones for teal? The colour is so pretty, but I don't want to risk my eyes getting red and irritated :P:

Check the precautions list for this info. The short answer is, batches from 2005.

I use it on lids quite often. I didn't even know that it was not eyesafe. It looks really pretty and intense over electric eel.

i have the mini set from christmas and i used Teal a few times. the only percausions on the back of mine are Naked, Kitschmas and Teal are all not lip safe. if you have the original casing look on the back and see what it says.
