blot powder: loose v. pressed

so I'm looking to invest in some blot powder, because my skin is pretty oily and even if i have a nice matte finish right after i put on my makeup it's oily again by the end of the day. and from what i've read this is a good way to go for oil contol with minimal touch-ups.

I'm just wondering about the differences between loose and pressed (aside from the obvious) and which you guys would recommend.

oh, why thank you! i searched blot powder for the whole forum and a ridiculous number of posts came up so i swapped to just reviews and that didn't say anything about comparing.
