Blushcreme Rec
Hi I want to get a blushcreme but not too certain which to try.

I would prefer it to be a cream finish and not a pearl finish (i.e. not Blossoming and Sweet William).

I have NC35, medium olive toned skin.

Dark hair, dark eyes.

Thanks!!!

ladyblush was perfect on me, and i really regret selling it. its not frosty, and comes out as a gorgeous, pinkish flush on your cheeks. i wish i hadn't sold mine.

edit: i'm an nc42, and it still showed up well on me..

I'm NC35 (Studio Fix powder). And sound close to your coloring.

I really like hunger red. And laid back. I like the red/rosy look.

But I haven't really tried any of the more pink blushcremes. Although I hear Summer Lily looks good on almost anyone (not sure of the finish).

I'm NC35, don't have a lot of blushes but I like how Brit Wit gives a soft look. It's a dirty plum, so it does give a softer look than a straight/clear plum (IMO). One MA suggested Cherche to me at one point (tho I don't remember what colour it is =P)...and I am looking more into Sweet William (more b/c I don't have a blush that colour!). Just some thoughts, HTH!

All the suggestion sound great

...Interestingly enough Bellaetoile I actually was debating between the Ladyblush and Pleasureful (on the Mac website they're side by side on their colour spectrum). I want a flushed pinky cheek look, like you described, and I think Posey is going to be too pinky on me and the other's look buildable in comparison.

Any thoughts on Pleasureful vs. Ladyblush?

I was looking at them today at the MAC Pro store. What's the best way to apply these...with your fingers? I'm sort of on the fence with them. They are really sort of sticky feeling...I'm not sure I like them actually.

i had a whole 6-pan palettte of these, which i sold, and i really regret it. i loved how they looked. when i first got them, the MA used both the 192 (for color placement) and the 187 (to buff it out and blend) to apply it. it went on a lot easier than i thought it would, because i was hesistant to get cream blushes as well. they looked surprisingly natural, and were surprisingly easy to work with as well.

i love the blushcremes! they are so easy to work with and have such a nice finish.

My favorite is summer lily, it was LE with the Catherine Deneuve collection, but so pretty! if you can find it, try it! I'm also NC 30-35 and this gives me the best looking flush all day, although, i tend to have some pink in my cheeks already, this evens it out great!

Also, i really like brit wit.
