deep set eyes-best concealer?

For those of you who have deep set eyes--mine are really deep set, so I have to deal with dreaded hereditary dark circles. I need a good rec on a concealer with staying power to offset my raccoon eyes. What do you use? what do you think? I wear NW15 foundation... my undereye area is bluish... seriously --help me please!!

My sister has this same problem. She uses MAC's concealer and takes Iron vitamins.
