Dupe for a paint pot???
I need to find a dupe for the Rollickin' paint pot. Maybe something cheaper. I looked at NYX and Sephora jumbo pencils, but they don't have a color close to Rollickin'.

How long do the paint pots/paints last? As in, how long does it take you to run out of them.

Re: Dupe for a paint pot???
Otherwordly from McQueen collection or Delft from the perm collection are not actual dupes but they are blue paintpots.

Im not too sure of other brands that might have the same color but you can try the new flash color cream shadows from MUFE ONLY AVAILABLE AT SEPHORA. They have a teal color one that might be similar to Rollickin. HTH!

Oh and Rollickin is still available on the MAC US site.

For me, the paintpots last the entire day. I think it is said that they only last up to 8 hrs? But I apply a shadow primer like UDPP or Too Faced Eye Shadow Insurnace and then apply my paintpots. They last forever on me w/o any creasing. I also have normal lids so maybe thats why.

My first paintpot was rubenseque (my fav) and I bought it a year ago and I use it almost everyday. I still have quite a bit left. I make sure that I keep it closed so it doesn't dry out. I think I have a while to go before I need another one. =) HTH!

Re: Dupe for a paint pot???
ITA with Girl About Town. I love Rollickin and was thinking about getting a backup. You can use Delft but Rollickin is lighter in colour and really makes Teals, and lighter shades of blue and green POP.

Paint pots last for ages but it depends on how frequently use are using them. I've had Blackground, Groundwork and Delft since they were released and have not really put that big a dent in them. In my opinion they are really good value and you don't need to apply much to get the effect you want.

If you are after a dupe I reckon you could just go to any drug store and get a shimmery pale aqua eyeliner pencil and use that. Make sure you regularly check out the Swap/Sale section of Spektra to see if anyone is selling Rollickin for a lower price or there is always Ebay!
