Flammable Paint! :)
Hello ladies and gents! A quick question that I hope someone could help me with. I just purchased flammable paint and I love the color! I have yet to use it but I was wondering...lets say I want to do a firey look using goldmine. Now would you put flammable paint on the whole lid and work goldmine over it or could you put it on just the area where the reds will be? I thought either way would be fine but it just seems odd to me to put flammable paint in one area and try to blend.....

can anyone let me know what they do?!

thanks!

Re: Flammable Paint! :)
when I do that, I put flammable more concentratedly on the outer 2/3 of my lid, and lightly on the inner third, then put mangomix SS on the inner third.
If that makes sense... (me = no coffee. :/)

Re: Flammable Paint! :)
Yeah I agree with Shimmer on the placement of the flammable, blend from the outside inward till its very light. But maybe instead of mangomix use corn SS,.. that will make the goldmine pop??

Re: Flammable Paint! :)
Flammable is the my favorite paint. Its great as a crease color and by itself. Here's how I have used it.
Flammable all over lid and black tied or dark soul in the crease.
Swish inner, Sushi Flower Outer and Flammable in the crease
Any non pastel purple all over lid and flammable on the outer off and crease.

Remember, start light you can always add more to intensify.

Basically Flammable looks awesome with pinks and purples.

Re: Flammable Paint! :)
Flammable is my favourite! I just posted a firy looking FOTD yesterday, here it is if you wanna see it:
http://www.specktra.net/showthread.php?t=74118
The pictures were taken in full sun and my camera washes things out, but it was hella firy in real life. I'm making a tutorial for this look next week when I have some time off if you're interested Good luck with the flammable paint! It's so beautiful!

Its great with Plum Dressing and Beauty Marked. What Saj said is right, pinks and purples looks wicked with it.
