Graphito Paint

I was wondering if the MAC Graphito paint is safe to use on the eyes. I don't want to get it and find out that I can't use it the way that I plan to use it for. I was hoping to replace my MAC Black creme e/l (is this stuff supposed to semi-hard and thick, or is it because it is old). I was thinking of covoring my eyelids with it and blend it out from the creases and create the smoky eyes with it, along with some other shades as well. Please help me with this.

Paints are all eye safe... as for the creme eyeliner, I'm not sure. Graphito is very pretty tho'.

I've used Graphito paint on the eyes for years with no problem...love it as a base for a smoky look...
