Question Jewel Blue
I'd like to know what base/color you guys use Jewel Blue e/s with so the color well look the same as it does in the pan. When I apply it on me it looks almost like Electric Eel e/s, more blue tone rather than the green. What are your suggestions of what I can use? Could it be my skin tone, since its brown?

I apply Jewel Blue w/the 242 or 252 brush over untitled paint for it show up vividly. Since it's a veluxe, the color is more muted if i use a soft brush. I'm an NC20 skin tone, and if your skin is darker, you might want to try a light paint/shadestick as a base.

Layer it on under sea me shadestick, as mac_pixie suggests.

Thanks, I thought about sea me s/s but I thought it might look more blue rather than green, but I'll have to try it. Thanks again.
