MAC Venetian lustreglass...

reds are sooo tricky on me that i need something super sheer! how sheer, sticky, and long lasting is this gloss? i've never tried a lustreglass before. also is this a warm or cool red? any pics would help! thanks

this is a great red! it's the only lusterglass i own and i find it smoother and less sticky than the lipglasses...to me it seems a true red, possibly a little on the cool side to me. I'm quite pale so sheer reds are more flattering and i get many compliments when wearing this one!

thanks! im fair too, but yellow based so reds easily clash on me. i dont know if this will work out since its cool-i will probably have to test or sample it.

It's very shiny and thinner in consistency than the Lipglass. It's a cool red, I'd say, but it's so sheer that it even works for me (Asian, lots of yellow undertones).

Jude has a swatch of her wearing it in the Swatches thread. I do agree that it is a red anyone can wear.

This is a great red gloss! It's a sheer red that looks good on everyone I've seen wear it. Lustreglass are less sticky then lipglass and I prefer the lustreglass texture over the lipglass by far. But I like sheer lip colors usually
