Strobe Cream Questions

I just got a sample of strobe cream and I think I like it but I have some questions.

How do you use strobe cream - in addition to a moisturizer? How well do you like the product?

I am not a huge fan of it. I don't think it works very well for oily skinned people.

Not to use it say on the neck and shoulders looks lovely.

I heard a few different things. One MAC MA told me to not use moisturizer, another told me to use moisturizer.
I personally think you should it both ways and see what works for you.

I use a moisturizer everyday regarless. I've tried this alone and do not really like it. However, when I'm using liquid foundation (or tinted moisturizer) I mix the strobe cream with my foundation together on my fingertips, then apply to my face like I was putting moisturizer on. Then I follow that with the MAC 180 brush to smooth and blend everything and make it flawless...and yes, it looks flawless. It's a combo I like almost better then using Bare Minerals!!! <3
