UDPP question
Do u all wear UDPP and another base? Like is the UDPP just to help shadows last longer or does it also help color show more pigmented? I don't want to wear UDPP and MAC paints together. Let me know your routine.

Re: UDPP question
I just use UDPP alone, no paints, shadesticks, or anything.

Re: UDPP question
I will use UDPP and if wearing a pigment would still use the mixing medium. Don't know if that counts but thats as much I will do for bases.

Re: UDPP question
UDPP does nothing for color. If you want the color vibrancy then put a paint or a shadestick on top.

Re: UDPP question
Since UDPP is not meant to intensify colours, I use another "top coat" for my eyeshadows (usually placed from lid to peaking a little above crease) --- primarily a MAC shadestick of the same colour (or close to it or that compliments it).

Re: UDPP question
I use UDPP by itself. It helps prevent creasing and really makes the shadow stick- esp pigments. I think it helps the color payoff a little- but I would definitely recommend a paint or shadestick to really brighten up your eye shadow colors

Re: UDPP question
i use it by itself and apply a wash of color over so it makes it easier to blend other colors a bit easier. also, you just need a tiny bit for the whole lid, not too much. i use just about 1/2 pea size, blend it between my 2 pinkies and apply them right onto my eyes.

off topic-- when you think you've used up all the product, remove the stopper from the tube and you'll notice that there's a ton more product! my friend was about to throw hers out when i removed the stopper and there's plenty more to last several months!

Re: UDPP question
I use UDPP by itself. I have found that it makes my shadows show up truer and more intense but that is because the UDPP creates a neautral canvas for the colors to work on. Anyway, if you want more of a punch, you would need another paint, ccb, shadestick, etc. to create that. I have actually done that and, surprisingly, the shadestick I used went on really well.

Re: UDPP question
I usually just use that, but sometimes I'll use paints instead.

Ugh, I have to use paints right now because I let my sister borrow my UDPP. I miss it, but I let her borrow some e/s and I wanted her to use a good base with it.
