Smile What brush should I get for pigments?
So I recently came across this site, and let me just say after reading a ton of posts and hearing about all the MAC you guys have, it makes me feel so much better about my addicition! hahah

Anyways, what is really lacking from my collection is brushes, I have a bunch from the Body Shop I use but they are getting kinda old and what I really need is a good MAC brush for putting pigments on (which are my new obsession) Ive heard the 239 is good, so I was thinking about that one. I have the 213 and I dont think its that great for pigments. Any suggestions?

Re: What brush should I get for pigments?
i use the 239 for applying pigment (and shadow) in the corners and then i think i use the 249 brush for applying it on my lid etc.

I find that i have to 'pat' or 'place' the pigment on my eyes rather than 'brush' it on, if that makes sense.

I live and die for my 242. Good for "patting". Is how I get my piggies to build in color.

239- definitely "pat" don't swipe for pigments. And use a primer!

I use the 242, too, when placing pigments on my lid. I use my fingers, also, especially in the crease.

Re: What brush should I get for pigments?
Definitely 242. I've tried the 239 couple time but always went back to the 242, which in my opinion, is a lot firmer and is better for patting (don't swipe!) pigments on more intensely and smoothly.
