SPECKTRA FAQ: Search feature FAQ;prevent duplicate topics.
Members,
Before starting a new thread, please always search first to see if the topic you are inquiring about has been previously discussed.
Example:
Before starting a thread on MAC veluxe shadows, please be sure that there is not already a thread discussing MAC Veluxe shadows.
Please do not start another thread on a topic that already has an existing thread as we only allow one thread per topic. You can prevent this by simply searching for an exsisting thread and replying to that one.
To verify if a thread on a certain topic already exists or not is a simple process using the forums search engine. The following is a step by step tutorial to help you understand how the search feature works.
- 1. Click on the "Search" link found in the top left forum navigation.
2. Enter the keywords that you wish to search for in the Search by Keywords field.
Example: MAC veluxe
3. For the Forum field on the left side, make sure "All Available", or the specific forum, is selected.
4. When ready, click on the search button at the bottom center of the page.
Browsing through the results you will see if a thread already exists or not on the particular topic you are interested in discussing. If the topic has been discussed, please reply to the exsisting thread and do not start a new one.
We thank you for your help.
