I can't believe no one reviewed this yet. This is a dark olive green with slight golden flecks. It gives an instant smokey eye or great as a crease color, you can't go wrong with this shadow. Rarely am I impressed with an item enough to want to buy a 2nd pan. All I can say is this is gorgeous and I plan to repurchase again and again and again!

A deep, shimmery smoked olive colour which is beautiful as a "dark" colour with other greens such as Swimming, or alternatively as a slightly non-standard (warmer) smokey eye colour on its own. Incredibly rich and beautiful, and an absolute MUST for hazel eyed girls like me, it really makes your eye colour simmer.

Def. one of my top five Mac eyeshadows, along with Carbon, Seedy Pearl, Beauty Marked and Electric Eel.

I've actually had my eye on this eyeshadow for a while- I'm a green eyeshadow ADDICT and have seen so many F/EoTD featuring this and looking gorgeous. After I saw it sitting all sparkly at a counter I finally had to make it mine. Applied lightly this is a subtle, shimmery mossy green. But if you keep layering it (and it's great buildable color) it turns into a sexy, smokey green with some sparkling shimmer. Some may not like it because it's a Lustre, but honestly if this was a thicker formula it might be too dark/intense for me.

I'm still experimenting, but so far I love this paired with Twinks, and the Coppercast pigment. If you love green eyeshadow but find most of it too "loud" or bright, I highly recommend Greensmoke.
