I had no intention of buying this ..but when i seen it in person I had to. Its so nice to look at ..but i was skeptical on how i'd use it. Both the red & the purple work much better wet , it gives them a metal look. Im not overly keen on the sparkles ..theres not too many but..they fall off.
I was most interested in the red , it makes for some bold looks & looks great if you want to add a pop of color to line your lower lashes or outer corners.
I tried using the red as my main lid color , and used it with sunplosion & coppering & dark soul in the crease..it looks HOT!! ..but i have yet to get the nerve to actually wear that look outside of my house ...lol. I would def purchase it again if i ran out , its a pretty cool color to have in your collection & goes great with browns. As for the purple side , its nice ..i have used it with taupey/grey looks alot. id reccomend it if your into BOLD looks or even if you just like a little color now and then ..its a great shadow duo.

I just got this today and I really like it! I love the red above all else, it's a wonderful metallic red (the truest red that I've ever seen) that looks great over a variety of bases and it blends very well. I'm not a fan of the purple or the silver sparkles that are everywhere, but other than that the red more than makes up for it.

From the 2007 collection of mineralize eye shadows, I have to say this is my very favorite- it is the one that shows proof of the most use!

Mineralize e/s are often problematic because they are so lightly pigmented, but not this one! The pigment is great, and it stays perfectly when you wear it over a base such as paint. I wear the purple as my main lid color, the red in the crease or v, and it looks so fun and festive. I've had many a compliment on the look and the name mi'lady definitely fits- it's so glamorous! 5 stars for this duo!
