MACcosmetics.com says it all: "Intense golden reddish brown flecked with golden bronze shimmer."
I love the velvet texture, it goes on very smooth and is super blendable.

Mulch is my favourite brown e/s. I love velvet e/s. I make great combos with it (with green e/s, dark brown or gold). It's definitely a must have!!!

This is a great eyeshadow - I use it in so many different looks. It works well as an all-over on the lid (only up to the crease), works great as a liner and in the crease for definition purposes.

I like to use it primarily with honesty, naked lunch and nylon

I definetly love this color, its perfect for green eyes. I love the velvet texture, blends nicely, looks awsome and is highly versatile.

i love this for a brown smoky eye, its pretty much the only time i use it... i dont think i would buy it again though because i discovered a Milani color that is pretty much identical and why spend 10 bucks when u can spend 3 right???

This has got to be one of my favorite browns. And I love the texture. It is easy to blend and goes with pretty much any other color eye shadow.

This is the only real brown eyeshadow I own, I just bought it today because I realized I have too many BRIGHT eyeshadow colours, and I wanted something more neutral. This looks really pretty paired with Woodwinked, I apply it in the crease. It seems to blend amazingly well too, and feels soft on. It has a nice gold sparkle, but nothing too garish. Overall a good neutral colour.

This is a very nice shimmery brown with few red undertones. I find this eyeshadow hard to show up and blend though. I think MAC makes better browns like this but in different finishes. For example, Bronze and Romp.

As a shadow, Mulch has a bit too much red for me. As a liner, specifically when brushed on top of Rich Ground fluidliner, I love it!

comments: it just doesnt work for me. i think its too dark and i cant blend it easy... as a liner it can do, but not as an eyeshadow, at least for me
