General Comments on this product:
While I love the color of retrospeck (a pretty, ultra shimmery light beige) and it's great for highlighting, the texture is what gets me. Very chunky, and not worth the price when there are other highlighters that look just as good without the awful texture.
If you really, truly love the color, go for it.

I bought this as one of my first highlighters. I've never really been able to do much other than that with it, but recently discovered a new use! I put a bit of Blue Brown pigment as a base, lots of retrospeck on top and then as a liner I use blue horizon liquid liner and it just makes SUCH A GREAT contrast! Try it and see xx

General Comments on this product: This is my HG, all-time favorite e/s from MAC. I use this almost everyday and it's the perfect base/highlighter for me. I would be lost without it. Two thumbs waaaaaay up on Retrospeck. I love the color, it's a beautiful vanilla blonde with great sparkle. Makes the eyes pop! I repurchase this whenever I run out.

I use this color on the corner of my inner lid. It is a lustre finish so there is more of a chunky texture, though not as bad as some of the other Lustres out there. Its a very pretty color.

This has become one of my HG colours. I use it all the time. For a lustre it's not too flaky IMO and it's just a really nice goldish colour on me. I use it all over from inner corner, to whole lid to highlighter.
