OMG! Beautiful on. Makes my hazle brown eys pop. Brought it home, tried it on, next day ordered a backup.

Delineate is an unusual but nice liner color. It looks great on my upper eyelid but used on my lower eyelid it looks like I'm on the losing end of a battle with sinuses, allergies and conjunctivitis.

I have to control my hoarding nature and not purchase back-ups besides I have so many liners in addition to using eyeshadows as liners it does not warrant buying another for my collection.

This is a really pretty colour, but I wouldn't purchase it again. I like it and all, it's just not a colour I would wear quite often. It's a pretty deep red colour (well on my NC 45 skin it is) that I ue as an eyeshadow.
