Violet FX is really fun to use. Although it is in the foundation line, it is simply a violet interference pigment suspended in the silicone base that the rest of the foundations are made of. The result on the skin is a barely perceptible pink/violet shimmer on the skin that catches in the light just enough to cause interest, but not so much to blare COLOR.

I like to use it if I am wearing purple or pink outfit as a highlighter or all over base on neck and face just for a fun cast to my skin. You can also mix these in with regular foundation if that is too racy for you.

Stays put all day and gives a lovely glow to the skin. I really have fun with this stuff. I apply it with the 192 face brush (which I also use for blush). I do not want to get pink on my 190 foundation brush.
