OOH! I love this foundation. It comes in a compact, but is a wet foundation that dries to a powder. It has awesome coverage and lasts! Kinda pricey and runs out too fast, but I looove it! Flawless!

In all my years of doing makeup, this is the first foundation that actually makes me look flawless and like a magazine picture. I do not use foundation often, because I do not think it is good to use it that much, but I have heard that repetitive use causes breakouts in some people.

When I do use it, the results are fabulous. Truly fabulous. I use Skinfinish over the Studio Tech, and people tell me that I look glowy and fabulous. I apply with the #190 brush in rapid strokes back and forth (think buffing shoe polish out) and it blends beautifully. Dries to a powdery finish and at the end of a night, it still looks pretty good, unlike most other foundations which leave me looking like an old hag at the end of a night.

when i first started using mac i used studio tech... i rebought it about 4-5 times.. but it kept on turning orange on me and didnt supply enough coverage.. i have very very rosey cheeks and am self concious so i always need to cover them up.. unfortunately studio tech didnt help me at all

I bought this foundation becase it was reccomended to me for maximum coverage and it does really work.
It gives me the most amazing flawless finish and hides scars, redness, dark circles and areas of discoloration.
Took me a while to find my perfect shade match but eventually found NC15 to be perfect.
Feel light on skin even though it's a thick cream but I find it doesn't set as matte as promised so I still need powder over the top of it.

This my HG foundation. The coverage is perfect, it covers my dark eye circles and inconsistancies in my skin color. It feels comfortable on the skin too, not heavy at all.
I apply with the 190, using a back and forth motion to blend. I don't need an additional powder with this foundation.
I've heard others complain of breakouts with this foundation, but I've been a regular user for several years and haven't had any problems with it.

This is also my HG!
I tried a lot of different foundations.... this one works best for me.
I have dry and really sensible skin. The coverage is perfect and looks natural!

I cant live without this foundation. I usually dont need much coverage, but when I'm in the mood to look flawless, I reach for this. I use SF over it and I look completely airbrushed.

I love the texture and color match is pretty good. I chose NC 42, it's tad to orange but that is usual for my very yellowish skin. Even though the website describes the coverage as full, its medium at most. I have acne scars(grr!!!!) and it does a great job of evening my skin tone but doesn't cover up my scars enough. It's also fades alittle thoughout the day. I love the compact though. I don't use the sponge. I don't like sponges, they are unhygeneic and alot of product gets packed on and wasted. I use Lancome #2 foundation brush to apply it. No more mess on my hands. I am not sure if I will buy this again once I have used it up.

I love studio tech,i was in new york when i lost my make up bag(nearly died)so got to the nearest mac and was talked into trying studio tech and 3 years later im still using it.I ALWAYS get asked what foundation im wearing even when i was in make up school the teachers even asked.It goes on so easy and i dont have to touch it up at all even on a night out.It almost makes you look like you have stepped out of a magazine.
Was worth losing my make up bag for and thats saying alot!!!

I love the texture of the product. I love how smooth it feels and goes on. It wears very well on my (I've been using it for a week now) skin. At the end of the day before I wash my face, I find myself admiring how flawless it makes my skin look that I almost don't want to wash it off! Seriously! This is good stuff! I wished I'd ventured out of Studio Fix (been using it for a hundred years) sooner...

I was surprised that the cream didn't feel too heavy or made me "shiny." Didn't provide ideal coverage, but was good enough. Still uncomfortable for me to wear though, despite its not-so-heaviness. Didn't break me out at least.
