Comments: it is quite a bright blush - red and a little bit of gold. Im NW15 and i have to put this on spairingly or its a bit bright, but i really love the colour pay off - it will last me for yonks. it was just really expensive in NZ to buy

when the ma at the counter put merrily on me, she did it with a super heavy hand and i looked like a damn clown. i really liked the colour though, so i thought "yeah i'll get it and just apply it RIGHT" and i did and i liked it alot. this is going to sound a little off, but i think merrily delivers that just laid glow hahaha.

To me Merrily is a fire hot colour not suitable for everyday. Infact, I feel it is more suitable for a night out on the town. As I dont do that too often and I have quite a few other blushes, it will last forever and therefore I would not buy it again. I love it however and I feel every WOC should have one.

Would you buy this product again? There would never be a need!

Merrily is intimidating the first time you put it on... Especially if you try to apply it like the other Mineralize blushes or like any other blush. You WILL look like a whore or a clown, and no amount of blending with a kabuki or blush brush will unmake your shame. This is how it should be applied: with a fluffy blush brush and a VERY light tap into the blush brush, proceeded by soft swirls high on the temples down on to the apples of the cheeks. When applied this way, Merrily is a stunning, gorgeous, innocent pink, suitable for everyday. Not the fever-red it appears inside the compact. You can apply it more heavily for drama or going out. Because you need such a tiny, miniscule amount for color payoff, I don't think you would ever need to repurchase, but I would because when it's applied correctly it really is a knockout.
