General Comments on this product: Emerald Green shows the distinct difference in staying power between the regular and pro pigments. I have to practically scour my face to get this color off; when it's on, it's ON! I love to use it with Kelly Green pigment or with Copper Sparkle pigment. I think this color looks GREAT as a liner, and get tons of compliments when I wear it as such. Emerald Green pigment contains a lot of sparkle, and it is rather dark, so if you're not into dramatic colors this may not be for you. MAC Greens are my favorite, and I am trying to collect them all, but I guarantee this is one of the best (if not the number one) they have to offer. It isn't hard to apply at all; its texture isn't tricky like Rose pigment or Copper Sparkle pigment, but it's a beast to get off!

Isn't it funny how differently people react to makeup! I found this stuff to be kind of boring and weak pigmentedly speaking. A rather dull color, I was expecting the pizazz of the earlier formulations of pigment and this did not measure up, IMO. I rarely use it because I just don't like it. Faded fast and just was not that great for me. Too fine of a millling job too for my taste.

BUT after reading the above review, I might just have to see if I missed something here. Perhaps there is a trick I missed in application. I will play some more and update if I find anything different when I try using it again.

This is a emerald green color with silver sparkles. its not a frost/ but not as dull as a matte. When i first bought it, it came half full! This is the way it came though, and i even went back to check. They went by weight so i assume this pigment is more dense then others....*shrugs* Not too versatile either and i use it mainly as a outer crease to give my looks more definition. I dont hate it and im not in love with it either.

General Comments on this product: another sample i got in a swap that just sat there for ages ... until this morning. I put on a green shadow that just seemed really 'bleh' ... so i thought 'what the heck' and put a layer of emerald green piggie on top ... and WOW! It was gorgeous! It just brought my dark brown eyes out and the sparkle (silver microglitter) is really subtle and cute. Very happy - and ive had a compliment on them today too. Will make this a staple eye from now on!

This colour looked pretty in the pot, but on my face it made me look like a swamp monster. It was a very flat and boring green and the sparkles hardly showed up on my eyes. I ended up returning this.

Bought a sample of this off Ebay and my is it GOREGOUS! I like to up the intensity by using it wet as a liner and it comes out a truly amazing metallic looking emerald green. Simply stunning.

This color looked so vibrant and pretty but it's very blah on me. It's kind of sheer and it just doesn't work well. I def. would not use it again.

This is such a beautiful color! If you like Humid or Swimming, this is the color for you. I am NC50, and the shimmer is very subtle and not too much. The color is THE perfect emerald green!

yet another colour that looks fab in the pot, but applied has very little effect. It applies very flat and the colour payoff IMHO is not only quite poor. but has zero staying power - its fades very quickly, even over a solid base!! Add to that the glitter component in this pigment is useless, on me it simply doesnt show up. Another pigment like Dark Soul this is best used wet, if at all....

General Comments on this product: I got this as a sample from thebodyneeds.com. I love it. I am a green fanatic, and this one is wonderful. I plan to buy the fullsize too, I don't want to not have this pigment! It looks amazing on top of the sharkskin shadestick.
