Would you buy this product again? Never - I'd Get Samples

Not anything special this pigment is a flat pale silvery green not entirely unlike Pastorale (perhaps a little darker). I actually dislike the pigment, the payoff is poor and there is more silver wash than actual green. Certainly applies much paler than what you see in the pot I prefer is to Pastoral but I really dont like either of them. This is not a must have pigment, nor is it backupworthy IMHO. Its a simple, plain, non unique and not very interesting pigment that will sit in my traincase gathering dust.

Didn't find it special enough to buy after I swatched it.

I'm a totally green person, and I skipped on this one, just didn't do it for me.

I originally wasn't going to pick this one up because I had already picked out my first choices from the Colour Forms collection... I bought Circa Plum and Tea Time, but my local MAC counter still had this in stock recently, so I figured, why not, since I will never get another chance. I really enjoy this pigment... I ADORE green pigments. I have quite a few of them, and for "true" green pigments I also have Kelly Green and Emerald Green. I am really satisfied with this one because I wanted a green that was a little more subdued than those other two, which are brighter and darker, respectively, by comparison. I wanted a nice green pigment that was a little more appropriate for wearing to school/work. The texture is alright, much better than Tea Time. Similar to Circa Plum... It's fairly creamy and finely milled, but it's not as nice in texture as for example Golden Olive or most of the Overrich pigments.

Would you buy this product again? Yes, sample size

First of all, I love the silvery green this pigment gives when foiled. It is super gorgeous. BUT, if you're just using it just by itself, it won't work. It's actually too pale. I usually use it underneath a green-ish eyeshadow to make the eyeshadow color "more green" (if that make sense ). I used it (foiled) under mink & sable the other day, and it made mink & sable appear more green than olive. So, it's able to add more variety to your eyeshadow colors. Other than that, it's kindda "not-so-useful" by itself.
