Ice Blue Pro Gloss is like Cornflower Blue pigment suspended in silicone gloss medium. It is a medium cornflower blue base with a red interference.

I like to use this over lipstick- especially vivid magentas and shocking pinks. It is translucent so it just adds a little color of interest.

It is an excellent product to use if you want what I call the glossy *vaseline* eye. I do not like glossy eye on me personally, but when I am called to produce a glossy eye, this is a product that I will reach for.

Non-scented.
